This guide shows you how to connect your Garmin Connect account with Apple Health, so Anticipate can sync with your health data and act as an automated mental health monitor.
By syncing your Garmin data, you allow Anticipate to access a more complete view of your activity, sleep, and readiness — and combine it with any extra context you add (like quick tags for things your devices can’t capture) to generate more personalized insights.
You’ll need your iPhone with the Garmin app installed and logged in.
If you can’t find these setup steps in the Garmin app, or some data seems to be missing, please check Garmin's official Apple Health Integration guide for the latest step-by-step instructions.
Once enabled, Garmin Connect will send the following data to your Apple Health account after each successful device sync. Note that Garmin only pushes data to Apple Health and does not pull data from it.
This article explains how to connect your Garmin to Apple Health. This integration brings your health data into one place, so Anticipate can access it and provide deeper, more accurate insights into your mental health patterns over time.
