Who Anticipate is (and isn’t) for
Anticipate is for you if:
- You want to track your mental health without extra effort
- You often forget or avoid journaling — and wish it happened in the background
- You want full privacy
- You’re looking for insight, not diagnosis
It’s not a good fit if:
- You’re looking for a diagnostic tool
- You’re seeking clinical advice or crisis support
- You need a tool for managing or treating mental illness
A few important things to know:
- Anticipate doesn’t provide medical advice or diagnose mental health conditions. Insights are suggestions for reflection, not clinical guidance. Please always speak with your healthcare team about your mental health and treatment.****
- Anticipate isn’t therapy. It can help you understand yourself better and support conversations with professionals — but it’s not a replacement for a therapist or psychiatrist.
- Anticipate can make mistakes. We’re working to improve accuracy, but no model can predict your mental state perfectly. Your mind is influenced by events far beyond what your phone can see or simple tags. Trust it gently, and with caution.
