This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to delete specific data types or your entire Anticipate account.
All your health, journal, and personal data stays on your phone — so if you delete Anticipate, that data is removed with it. On our side, we only keep a user ID and subscription details for billing and basic reporting, and you’re always in control: in Manage your data you can delete everything, or just specific categories whenever you want.
Following these instructions ensures you have complete control over your personal information. Please be aware that deleting data or your account is a permanent action and cannot be undone.
From the main screen, tap the Profile icon in the top-right corner.
On the Profile screen, select Manage your data.
Scroll down to the Delete data section.
To remove a specific category, tap the Delete button next to the corresponding data type (e.g., Apple Health sleep, Tags, etc.).
In the confirmation pop-up, type DELETE into the text field and tap Confirm to permanently erase the selected data.
To delete your entire account, scroll to the bottom of the Manage your data screen and tap Delete my account and all data.
Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data.
