My daily forecasts feel wrong
Daily predictions are based on the data we have available. Forecasts may feel off if:
- Sleep or movement data is missing
- You haven’t tagged events or moods recently
- Weather or travel data is incomplete
To improve your forecast:
- Log your days consistently: Use the + button to add tags for your activities, moods, self-care routines, and any other relevant events.
- Keep your devices connected: Ensure that your Apple Health data and any other connected devices are syncing regularly.
- Review and adjust: If an automatically generated tag doesn't seem right, you can always remove it to improve future analyses.
