This guide explains how to add tags and notes to your daily mental health log in Anticipate — quickly and easily.
Keeping a detailed log helps the app provide you with more personalized insights and accurate forecasts about your mental well-being.
All you need is the Anticipate app.
From the Today tab on the home screen, tap the plus icon (+) in the bottom navigation bar to open your daily log.

Your entries are saved automatically. Swipe the screen down to return to the home screen.
