How to analyze trends with charts?

This guide will show you how to use the charts in your Journey to analyze trends and understand your mental health patterns over time. By visualizing your data, you can spot correlations between your activities, feelings, and overall well-being.

To get started, you will need to have at least a few days of data synced or logged in the app.

  1. From the home screen, tap the Journey tab in the bottom navigation bar to access your trend analysis.

  2. Tap Show me under a trend — or swipe up on the page — to open detailed charts that visualize your trends over time.

  3. At the bottom of the page, you’ll see a quick insight that looks at your recent patterns and compares them to a previous time. It gives you a simple heads-up on whether things are improving, staying steady, or dipping. Documentation image

  4. In the chart view, tap the Compare button located at the top right.

  5. Select another tag or activity from the Compare with list, such as Swimming or Therapy. The chart will update to show how the occurrences of that tag correlate with your primary trend, helping you identify what affects you.

Tips

The more consistently you log your activities and feelings, the more accurate and insightful your trend charts will be. Try to add journal entries at least three times a week for the best results.
