How to get a refund?

All payments and refunds are handled by Apple. As the developer, we don’t have access to your payment or purchase details made through the App Store via Apple Pay, so we’re unable to issue refunds or make changes to your purchase.

To request a refund:

  1. Sign in with your Apple ID

  2. Under “What can we help you with?”, select Request a refund

  3. Choose a reason under “Tell us more”

  4. Tap Next

  5. Select Anticipate

  6. Tap Submit

Apple will usually respond within 24–48 hours.
